Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made and shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex or Couriers Please (whatever is most economical for the product and receiver location). Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. After the item has been shipped we do not have control over it or its transport. Please direct all queries to the respective courier.
If you provide an incorrect address and the item is sent back to the return address, it is your responsibility to pay the second postage fee to send it back to your correct address.
Local pick-up is available at Tumbi Umbi 2261 to avoid postage fees. If this option is selected at check out, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. It is your responsibility to organise a time to come and pick your order up. If you have not contacted us after 2 months since the order is ready, your order will be cancelled, refunds are not given - We will make every effort to contact you (email, phone and even sending a letter as a last resort).
Free local delivery is also available for orders over $15 and within 10km of Mingara. This will appear as an option under "ship" at the checkout if you're eligible.
For international orders, any import fees or additional taxes etc will be your responsibility to pay
