Refunds
All of our products are custom-made to order. Therefore, after payment, there are strictly no cancellations, exchanges or refunds. If you have made a mistake (such as a personalisation typo) while ordering, please just email lovejess.xo@outlook.com ASAP so I can try and change it.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
